Katie's oldest daughter, Grace, brings a fresh perspective to the family design legacy, shaped by her studies at UNC Chapel Hill, where she earned a degree in economics and a minor in studio art. This combination of business knowledge and artistic ability has fostered her passion for both the technical and creative aspects of design. With a particular passion for space planning and organization, Grace enjoys working with Katie to create floor plans and elevations. Her creativity paired with her analytical mindset provides a fresh outlook and detailed project plan for each space that we design.
